What is immediately clear is that the coaching staff of MARCUS, LUCKY, VIC, RON, and RICO care about the boys and are doing everything possible to prepare them for life after high school, both on and off the field.

 

The coaching staff is a collection of very well respected family men that have extensive playing and coaching backgrounds from college athletes to touching the worlds of the NFL and of course MLB. They treat each player with respect, and they get the most out of every player, because it is evident that they genuinely want the best for each one of the boys.
